How will we be marketing the event?

We will advertise in local newspapers within a 30 minute driving radius of each venue as well through local baby clubs, nurseries and associated business and online with ukbabyshows.co.uk and online forums. It is our job to drive people through the door - it's how we make a living.

How many people will be coming through the door?

A good question. We have been in the business of running consumer events for nearly 20 years and as a result of our vast experience we never make predictions, we leave that to others. There are many factors involved in whether people come to an event or not. We just promise to do our best to attract as many people as possible, it's as simple as that.

Can I be the only one doing what I do?

We can't promise that but we are keeping duplication to an absolute minimum. We want the event to have as much variety as possible to make it as interesting as we can for our visitors.

Why are your prices for stand space so cheap?

We have set out to make exhibiting more affordable so that it as attractive to as many businesses and sole traders as possible. We want our Expos to have the widest variety of exhibitors possible to give our visitors a worthwhile experience so they tell their friends. We are here to establish a circuit of such events. We are not trying to make a quick buck and then disappear.

Why do you charge admission?

As we said above we are striving to keep the cost for exhibiting to a minimum so that all exhibitors have the chance to make a profit. To make it viable for us we need to charge admission. Remember some organisers charge huge amounts for the stands and high admission charges too.
Our maximum admission charge is currently £4.00.

How many stands will there be?
At Rayleigh around 40 at Brentwood in the region of 60 and the same at Bletchley. Keep an eye on the relevent pages as we list exhibitors around one month before the show.
